"There is more about Sudoku than just numbers!"
Kanji Sudoku by Shape
This new approach of learning Kanji by their shape will help you saving a lot of writing practice time. There is always a strange feeling for Japanese language learners when complex Kanji are introduced, while characters with fewer strokes - often part of those complex Kanji - are postponed because of their relevance,
e.g. 聞く (hear, listen to) - 耳 (ear), 門 (gate).
For your convenience you can either view the Kanji-Sudokus as
websites (html) or download them as pdf. There are no online games as the emphasis is on your writing practice.
You will notice the additional squares at the upper and left side of each 9x9 Sudoku grid displaying all 9 reference Kanji characters. Mark the used Kanji of each row and column to avoid getting confused.
